Skill testing is done in conjunction with appropriate companies that are relevant to the client’s industry. The recruitment process is focused on the qualitative requirements of the client. A detailed and measurable search strategy is used for every skill set. Candidate are first screened at an interview stage and then at the skill test stfe. They are also screened for mental aptitude and suitability to project specific requirements. Once candidates have passed these stages, they move on to medical examination phase to ensure that they are in good health. Final stage is to take care of all mobilization details including all the required paper work as well as transfers.
